When you reach out, please include:

• Your Name.
• Your Location. Both a written description (the road you are on plus nearby cross-streets, and any turns if necessary) and a GPS pin will help make sure we can find you.
• Photos of your stuck vehicle and the area immediately around it. This helps us to know the right equipment to bring.
• A Callback Number if it’s different from the one you used, and especially if you send an email.

Connectivity is poor in Candy Kitchen so we have a number of different ways of getting in touch. SMS text messages and phone calls are the first thing to try and the most likely to get through. We can also connect through Facebook messenger or Email. We’ll get anything you send eventually, but if we are somewhere with limited reception it may take longer to get your message.
